Sampit, Kotawaringin Timur SAMPITTV.COM – Satreskrim Polres Kotim Polda Kalteng menggelar rekonstruksi kasus penganiayaan terhadap Anshori Muslim pada Rabu pagi (19/02/2025) di rumah tersangka dan Terminal Patih Rumbih. Rekonstruksi ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kronologi kejadian secara detail dan mengklarifikasi urutan kejadian.
Kapolres Kotim, AKBP Resky Maulana Zulkarnain, melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP Iyudi Hartanto, menjelaskan bahwa rekonstruksi dilakukan untuk memastikan alur kejadian sesuai dengan fakta yang telah dikumpulkan. “Kami berharap rekonstruksi ini dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas dan membantu proses hukum selanjutnya,” ujar AKP Hartanto.
Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh pejabat penting, termasuk Kasat Reskrim Polres Kotim AKP Iyudi Hartanto, S.T.K., S.I.K., Kapolsek Ketapang Kompol Suyono, S.E., Kanit Identifikasi Polres Kotim Ipda Bashudin, S.H., dan anggota Satreskrim Polres Kotim. Penyidik menghadirkan para saksi dengan didampingi penasehat hukum masing-masing. Dalam proses rekonstruksi, pihak kepolisian juga mengundang Kejaksaan Negeri Kotim sebagai wujud koordinasi dan kolaborasi dalam penanganan perkara.
Sementara itu, para pemimpin masyarakat menyerukan transparansi sepanjang proses hukum, menekankan perlunya kepercayaan publik terhadap kemampuan polisi untuk menegakkan keadilan. Mereka mendesak pihak berwenang untuk terus memberi informasi kepada publik tentang perkembangan penting dalam kasus ini.
Proses rekonstruksi diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran utuh mengenai kasus penganiayaan ini, sehingga proses hukum dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan adil. Pihak kepolisian berkomitmen untuk mengusut tuntas kasus ini dan memberikan keadilan bagi korban.
